ARC Financial Institution and Biller Customer Service Training Video

Financial institution and consumer biller customer service staff are the front line when talking to consumers about ARC. These two videos are resources that can be used to educate, inform and train your staff about the ARC process. Available in VHS and CD format, you will receive both the financial instiution and biller videos - use as applicable to your organization.
